Preferred solution: Either honor my claim and Give me some kind of check for my totalled car so I can atleast get my GAP ins to cover the loan.OR COVER IT UNDER THE OTHER DRIVERS POLICY WITH YOU SINCE SHE IS AT FAULT

You get a good quote, but when you put a claim in you will be sorry if you get National General Insurance.
Not only sorry but disgusted by the way they treat you. My claims contact person, Mariann Paredes was/is the nastiest unhelpful person, I was disgusted by the way she spoke and treated me.
DO NOT GET National General Insurance, you will be sorry you did.
My story below.
I got Nat'l General in November of 2020 for my car and motorhome.
In August 2021 my Winnebago motorhome was in a terrible storm at Tonto National Forest in Arizona that lifted one quarter of the fiberglass roof, cracked the fiberglass, leaked into the bedroom damaging the carpets, damage to the outter shell of the shower dome and a dent in one of the storage compartment doors from an irrigation plastic cover that blown off of an irrigation line.
They sent out an adjuster and had an email from the motorhome dealership that I bought it from stating the roof was in excellent condition which they did not care and did not respect their own adjusters photos and documents.
The adjuster showed much more damage to the interior. But my claims person Mariann Paredes said the roof was not maintained and that there was only $700 in damages, send us documented proof I'm wrong and I'll review it again.
A large well known RV repair shop in Mesa Arizona said the roof had to be completely replaced and would cost $7-8,000 to replace just the roof, I need shower top, carpets, paint, etc.
I should fight this but it will cost me much money to do that and she knows it, I might, but for health reasons I may not be able to.

This company is fraudulent. They try to lowball the cost to repair and stall repairs. They have delayed my repairs on my 5th wheel trailer by over 2 months. I file a complaint with MT Insur. Com.

Worthless insurance company, POOR customer service
On June 26, 2021, We Had blowout on inside rear dual tire, resulting in damage to our motorhome. The so called senior claims adjuster Jamie Ortega ( who sucks at her job) contacted us after finally getting RV into repair shop. It took almost a month and half for them to make a 1/3 the amount the repair shop submitted.
Preferred solution: full reimbursement for tow as told, waive the $50.00 cancellation fee for cancelling policy

That's what happens when you purchase CHEAP substandard or nonstandard insurance. You buy a 2017 Mercedes Benz and then cheap out on auto insurance?
Comprehensive and collision is called full coverage. It includes uninsured motorist. When you said you didn't want coverage for that he had to back it down to liability insurance. That was your mistake by telling the broker you didn't want it.
It's NEVER a wise decision to not be covered for uninsured motorist. It's also not wise to buy insurance from a total stranger that calls you unsolicited. There are too many holes in your story to make it believable that you are the victim. The car had to be insured prior to this fiasco you got yourself into.
Did you let that policy lapse? Was it cancelled for some reason? There has to be something that has made you uninsurable for you to grab at information from a stranger on the phone without verifying what you are being told. DUI?
Too many prior accidents? Speeding tickets? As for the accident... the police had to make a report and include whom was at fault for it.
Just you saying you're not at fault doesn't work. Take this as a hard learned lesson if and when you have another car with DECENT insurance from a reliable insurance company.
