You screwed up. You can't have an insured person move and not inform the insurance company. Every insurance company will cancel you for that. Never do that again.

Details
The insurance was about to expire. They never sent me a renewal letter. I called them to say I went with another company. They sneakily ask me if I wanted to cancel. Unbenounced to me it was a way for them to nail me with a $50 cancellation charge. I tried to fight it through the company. There's small print somewhere about the $50 cancellation fee.

Very *** poor company i get into an accident, and have been trying to get a hold of my agent for almost 3 weeks now left messages and everything no response i pay my insurance bill every month and its *** *** i cant even get a hold of my agent to figure out whats going. I dont recommend this company at all!
